Made of 25 x 2 metal pipe, copolymer raw material, 4,5 mm sheet iron, 26 steel

A)   BOTTOM SECTION

The size of bottom section should be 40x45 cm (in compliance with FIBA and FIFA standards), made of pp plastic. Under the bottom, there should be a protective section made of 25 x 2 pipes. The back of the seat should be automatically foldable with a welded 26 steel, when no one sits on it. There should be side steel lugs of 12 mm tied on the body from the edges of the pipe. Head parts of the lugs (Parts tied on the body) should be reinforced with plastic to prevent friction. As the head of lug is segmented, it should not come out after tying on the body. Bottom plastic should be fixed on protective pipes with smart screws (to prevent breakage).

B)   BODY SECTION

Body section consists of three parts: upper plastic back, protective part made of pipe and side sheet iron lugs tying the seat onto the body.

B-1) UPPER PLASTIC BACK

Made of injected pp plastic raw material. It should be comfortable and orthopedic. It should be fixed on body on body protective part with smart screws.

B-2) BODY PROTECTIVE PART

Made of 25x2 pipes. This section bears the entire load on the seat. It should be strengthened by bending and pressing.

B-3) Mounting side lugs are the parts enabling the foldable property to operate. It should be 45 mm thick so as not to stretch and not to bend. The centers of the lugs should be concave and hollow. The lugs for the bottom section operate within holes.

B-4) MOUNTING: Bottom section shall be mounted at 45 cm high as required by FIBA and FIFA. First, concrete base is marked through the 3 holes on mounting lugs. Then concrete is drilled, steel inserts are adapted, nuts are tightened and mounting as completed.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The seat should be designed and manufactured considering all the possibilities to provide elasticy, comfort, orthopedic property and durability. As supporters are used to give damage to seats during matches in Turkey, this type of manufacture is required and we think that we have succeeded in doing it. Our design is created by receiving inspiration from Spanish and German designs. Sporsans foldable seat, code S2, is designed and manufactured, not only to reduce labor and material costs, but also to make a comfortable, durable and beautiful seat. As S1 seats contain more iron work and require more time for manufacture, we use more plastic material in S2 seats. The costs of S1 and S2 seats are the same, because of increased plastic material in S2, in spite of decreased iron work. However, we think that we have obtained a good result from S2 seats due to shorter production time. By adding the quality as well, a different type of seat has been created. The Technical specifications for S2 seats consist of the body section and the bottom section.

BODY

It consists of 25 x 2 pipes. Tips of the pipes enter into the plastic and are fixed by screws. It is completely painted with electrostatic paint. There are three mounting lugs on the body.

SEAT

All the details are located on the seat; it goes up and down automatically, because the 18 iron is pressed within the plastic during the press of the plastic by injection. This is an additional aesthetic property. There are no lugs as in S1; instead, it is reinforced with transmission steel of 12 mm all along. Mounting is the same with S1.
